1. What services do you offer?
We provide naturopathy consultations, holistic and herbal products, supplements, botanical extraction classes, herbalism and foraging education, and more. Services include nutritional counseling, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, lifestyle coaching, and mind-body techniques.
2. Are your products FDA approved?
Our products are crafted with natural ingredients and tested by Courtney, family, and friends. They are not FDA tested or approved, and statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.
3. How do I book a naturopathic appointment?
You can book an appointment through our website or by contacting us directly. New clients can use code NEWCLIENT for a discount, and newsletter subscribers receive their first session free.
4. Where are classes held and what can I expect?
Most classes are held at Betty Virginia Park in Shreveport, LA. We provide all materials, and class sizes are kept small (up to 12). Classes cover topics like tincture-making, herbal medicine, foraging, survival skills, and more. Safety waivers are required for participation.
5. What is your refund policy?
Class fees are refundable with at least 1 week’s notice. Products are non-refundable.
6. How do I join your community or newsletter?
Sign up on our website to join the community and get your first session free. Newsletter subscribers also receive exclusive updates and offers.
7. Do you ship products?
Currently, we do not have a shipping or handling process in place for website orders. Please contact us directly for local pickup or special arrangements.
8. Are you certified or licensed?
Courtney Hay is an IPHM board certified naturopathic practitioner, accredited by AANWP, GEHA, NCCAP, and CMA. She is also pursuing a Doctorate of Traditional Naturopathy at Heirloom Academy.
9. Can I request a custom product or class?
Yes! We love working with customers on custom herbal blends, products, or private classes. Reach out through our website contact form.
