Holistic Homesteaders H&W

As a Naturopathic Practitioner in Louisiana, I am dedicated to providing holistic healthcare solutions that prioritize natural remedies and personalized wellness plans. By assessing each individual's unique needs and underlying problems, I develop tailored suggestive plans that may include specific dietary recommendations, nutritional supplements, and herbal remedies. My goal is to empower my patients to take control of their health and achieve lasting well-being through a holistic approach. (pictured far left)

🎙️ THE GREEN THREAD

Real conversations. Rooted knowledge. The connections that tie it all together.

Welcome to The Green Thread, the podcast from Holistic Homesteaders Healing & Wellness.

We believe there’s a bigger conversation happening around health, herbalism, homesteading, food, community, and the way we care for ourselves—and sometimes the most important conversations are the ones that don’t fit neatly into one box.

The Green Thread brings those conversations together.

From herbal wisdom and traditional practices to modern health, personal experiences, gardening, natural living, community issues, and the realities of navigating a healthcare system that doesn't always listen, we’re creating a space for honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and voices that deserve to be heard.

I actually attempted a podcast back in 2025, but somewhere along the way, I doubted myself and walked away from it.

This time, I’m ready.

Ready for the conversations that need to be had.
Ready to ask better questions.
Ready to learn alongside you.

We’re starting with one full-length episode each week and inviting practitioners, educators, homesteaders, community members, and people with stories worth hearing to join us.

Because everything is connected.

There’s always a thread.

Come find it with us. 🌿
