As a Naturopathic Practitioner in Louisiana, I am dedicated to providing holistic healthcare solutions that prioritize natural remedies and personalized wellness plans. By assessing each individual's unique needs and underlying problems, I develop tailored suggestive plans that may include specific dietary recommendations, nutritional supplements, and herbal remedies. My goal is to empower my patients to take control of their health and achieve lasting well-being through a holistic approach. (pictured far left)

  • Lifestyle Counseling: Offering guidance on stress management, sleep hygiene, and other lifestyle factors that impact health.

  • Mind-Body Techniques: Incorporating practices such as meditation, yoga, and deep breathing to address the mind-body connection.

🌿 Research Spotlight: Advancing Women’s Hormonal Health 🌿

We’re excited to announce an ongoing doctoral research project led by our founder, Courtney Hay, exploring natural, integrative approaches to women’s hormonal health!

This community-centered study compares the benefits of herbal, nutritional, and mind-body interventions for women seeking holistic wellness solutions. Our goal is to empower women with evidence-based, natural strategies for hormonal balance and overall wellbeing.

We’re currently seeking 15–50 women to participate!
Participants receive a personalized wellness plan, ongoing support, and the opportunity to help advance holistic health research.
